Here is my card that I created for the Happy Birthday blog hop for Lawn Fawn. I listed the supplies below. Since it's still fairly cold here (come on, spring!!), I wanted to create a cute little winter birthday card. I thought the snowman holding this little bright yellow balloon among the snowflakes was adorable.
